Getting Started

It's simple! Use our calculator to find your items and see their trade-in value. Add them to your list, then choose to bring them in-store or mail them to us. Once we receive and verify your items, we'll issue your payment via your preferred method.

No account is required to view offers. However, to submit orders and lock in pricing, you need to create a free account.

The calculator shows estimated values based on current pricing. If brought in-store, or shipped within 7 days of the quote, the offer is guaranteed. However, items in better-than-expected condition may receive a higher offer, and items with unreported damage may be adjusted downward.

Payments

We offer several payment options: PayPal, eCheck, store credit, or cash for in-store trades. You can set your preferred payment method in your account profile.

Yes! Store credit values are typically higher than cash values — you'll see both amounts in the calculator. If you plan to spend your trade value at Rock 30 Games, choosing store credit gets you more bang for your buck.

In-store trades are paid out same-day once items are verified. For mail-in orders, payment is issued within one week of us receiving your package. You'll receive an email notification when your payment is sent.

Mail-In Orders

Yes! Orders with an estimated value of $100 or more qualify for a free prepaid UPS Ground shipping label. Just submit your trade list, enter your package dimensions and return address, and we'll generate the label for you to print and drop off at any UPS location. For orders under $100, you are expected to provide your own shipping label and tracking number.

Use a sturdy box and pack items securely with bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts so nothing shifts during shipping. Games should be in their cases. Cables should be rubber-banded. We are not responsible for items damaged due to poor packaging.

For orders shipped with our prepaid UPS label, we'll file a claim with UPS on your behalf. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your order is confirmed received. For orders shipped with your own label, please insure the package appropriately.

Item Eligibility

We accept Blu-Rays, video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories across most major platforms — current and retro. Use the calculator to search for your specific item. If it appears with a value, we're buying it. Items not in our catalog may still be accepted at our discretion — contact us to ask.

Yes, loose items are accepted! However, complete-in-box items with manuals and original packaging are worth more. The calculator lets you select the condition — loose, complete, or new/sealed — so you'll see the value for each option.

For items that aren't damaged, they should be fully functional with no broken buttons, cracked screens, or missing essential components. Normal cosmetic wear like light scratches and scuffs is fine. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before sending. We also accept damaged items — just make sure to select "Damaged" as the condition in the calculator so the value reflects that accurately.
